Be punctual for class, allowing time to properly warm up and prepare for the session. No later than 10 minutes.
4.Follow Safety Rules
Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and following spotters' directions.
5.Respect Others
Show respect to your coach and fellow gymnasts by listening, sharing equipment, and encouraging your peers.
7.Ask Questions
If you don't understand a skill or instruction, ask the coach for clarification rather than guessing.
9.Be Patient and Persistent
Understand that mastering skills takes time, and be patient and persistent in your efforts to improve.
6.Maintain Focus
Stay focused on the tasks at hand, avoiding distractions and giving your full effort during each exercise.
8.Stay Positive
Keep a positive attitude, especially when faced with challenges, and encourage your teammates to do the same.
10.Cool Down and Stretch
Participate fully in the cool-down and stretching routines at the end of class.
