Chrystal is a passionate and experienced Level 2 Gymnastics Coach with a lifelong background in movement, performance, and athlete development. A gymnast from the age of three, she began supporting the sport early on as an assistant gymnastics leader and helper from just 11 years old, before going on to compete for the London Borough of Southwark.

Alongside gymnastics, Chrystal is an accomplished A-level trained dancer and performer with over 12 years of experience across a variety of dance styles. Her performance career has included working with and appearing at prestigious venues and organisations such as Laban Dance, the BBC, the Royal Festival Hall, and the Millennium Dome.

She is also a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, specialising in women’s wellness, health, and fitness. With a holistic and encouraging approach, Chrystal is dedicated to helping gymnasts and clients build confidence, strength, and a lifelong love for movement—both in and out of the gym.

Assistant Coach

Elen

Elen.png

She is a Level 1 General Gymnastics Coach with five years of coaching experience and a background as a tumbling gymnast. She competed at national level, which was her favourite part of gymnastics when she was younger. Since retiring from competition, she has coached both recreational and competitive gymnasts.

Her favourite aspect of coaching is seeing gymnasts develop, gain new skills, and celebrate their achievements.

Trainee Volunteer Coach

Ashna

She has been part of the gymnastics club since she was around five years old, and it has been something she has loved ever since. Gymnastics has always brought her happiness, and coaching now allows her to give that same feeling back to others. She enjoys seeing young gymnasts develop the same passion she had growing up, and finds it incredibly rewarding to help them grow, improve, and believe in themselves—just as her own coaches once did for her.

Tracey fully supports the club in all its endeavours and is always willing to offer her time, care, and guidance to help maintain a positive and nurturing environment for everyone involved.
