These Terms & Conditions govern membership, class attendance, and participation at J'AcE Gymnastics Club. By enrolling in classes or attending sessions, you (or the parent/guardian of the participant) agree to the following:

1. Membership & Registration

1.1 All participants must complete a registration form prior to attending classes.
1.2 Where the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete and agree to registration on their behalf.
1.3 Membership is not transferable.
1.4 J'AcE Gymnastics Club reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its discretion where conduct breaches these Terms.

2. Fees & Payments

2.1 Class fees must be paid in advance via the approved payment method.
2.2 Fees are payable regardless of attendance unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Late payments may result in suspension of participation until payment is received.
2.4 J'AcE Gymnastics Club reserves the right to amend fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided.
2.5 Any additional costs (uniform, competitions, workshops, events) will be communicated separately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the club.
3.2 If a participant wishes to cancel membership, written notice must be provided in accordance with the club’s cancellation policy (e.g., 4 weeks' notice if applicable).
3.3 Missed classes are not guaranteed to be credited or refunded unless agreed by the club.
3.4 In the event of cancellation by the club (e.g., coach illness, facility closure), a replacement session or credit may be offered where possible.

4. Attendance & Conduct

4.1 Participants must arrive on time and be appropriately dressed in suitable gymnastics attire.
4.2 Jewellery should not be worn during sessions for safety reasons.
4.3 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow members.
4.4 Bullying, disruptive behaviour, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from a session and/or termination of membership without refund.
4.5 Parents/guardians must ensure children are collected promptly at the end of sessions.

5. Health & Safety

5.1 Participation in gymnastics and related activities carries inherent risk.
5.2 Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs prior to participation.
5.3 The club reserves the right to refuse participation where it believes a participant may not be medically fit.
5.4 In the event of injury or medical emergency, the club may administer basic first aid and seek medical treatment where necessary.

6. Photography & Media

6.1 From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes, events, or competitions for promotional or training purposes.
6.2 Written consent will be obtained where required.
6.3 Parents/guardians must notify the club in writing if they do not consent to media use.

7. Safeguarding

7.1 J'AcE Gymnastics Club is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
7.2 Any safeguarding concerns should be reported directly to the designated safeguarding lead.
7.3 The club follows applicable UK safeguarding guidelines and best practice procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 J'AcE Gymnastics Club, its coaches, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
8.2 Personal belongings are brought onto premises at the owner’s risk.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 J'AcE Gymnastics Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
9.2 Updated Terms will be published on the website and/or communicated to members.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
