Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all participants enrolled in the Adult Gymnastics Programme. Membership & Fees Adult Gymnastics membership is charged at £52 per month, payable via monthly direct debit or approved payment method. Membership runs on a minimum commitment of two (2) consecutive months from the date of enrolment. By registering, participants agree to remain enrolled and make payment for the initial two-month period. After the minimum term has been completed, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in writing. Cancellation Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@j-ace.co.uk Cancellation requests received during the initial two-month commitment will not terminate payments before the minimum term is completed. After the two-month minimum term, a minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required. Failure to attend sessions does not constitute cancellation. Attendance Fees are payable regardless of attendance. Missed sessions due to holidays, illness, or personal commitments are not eligible for refund or credit. In the event a session is cancelled by J'AcE Gymnastics Club, a replacement session or credit may be offered where reasonably possible. Health & Participation Adult Gymnastics involves physical activity and inherent risk. Participants confirm they are medically fit to take part and agree to inform the club of any injuries or medical conditions prior to participation. Participants train at their own risk. J'AcE Gymnastics Club is not liable for injury except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law. Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches and fellow members. Unsafe or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from sessions and termination of membership without refund. Amendments J'AcE Gymnastics Club reserves the right to amend this policy with reasonable notice.
